Values & Governance

What we stand on. How we stay accountable.

These values guide every decision, every gathering, and every action of the movement.

  • 01

    Human Dignity

Every Nigerian deserves to be treated with respect and care, regardless of background or means.

  • 02

    Shared Responsibility

We rise together. The progress of one strengthens the whole community.

  • 03

    Self-Reliance

We grow what we can, build what we can, and teach what we can — locally.

  • 04

    Integrity

Honest words, honest work, honest accounts. We keep our promises to one another.

  • 05

    Service Before Self

We lead by serving. Recognition is a side effect, never the goal.

  • 06

    Learning & Skill Development

We commit to lifelong learning and the patient teaching of others.

  • 07

    Stewardship

We care for the land, the resources, and the trust placed in us.

  • 08

    Faith & Respect

We honour the faith, culture and dignity of every member of the community.

Governance principles

Dream For Nigerians is governed as a long-term mission. Decisions are made transparently, with care for the community, and with input from members, volunteers, teachers and learners. The movement is not a business and is not designed to generate profit. Resources are stewarded with integrity and directed toward the people and communities we serve.
